Hemingway Three Bedroom Poolside

We were three retired women traveling together and we really enjoyed our stay in this this rental. We loved the high ceilings, open concept with lots of light, and large bedrooms and baths. We especially enjoyed the patio area that was private but adjacent to the lovely pool and contained a large wicker dining set and chairs. The location is on a quiet street but very close to walk to beach and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable, with great linens and the unit is clean. There were a couple of glitches that came up and the building manager, Fred was very responsive and nice to deal with. The property did not come with any type of instructions that we could find, so we had to "wing it" a little bit.



I would give it a 5 except a few things. For example, the blinds were rattily and old, and literally had pieces falling down when we opened and closed them, no wastebaskets in baths, just little things that kind of made the experience a little less than perfect but still very nice.



Note: the ac unit is adjacent to one of the bedrooms and pretty loud so that may be annoying to some.

Very spacious and great location for a family of 5 and layout was great! Close to the beach and nice pool. However, it needs some maintenance (kitchen stove knobs, sliding door locks, blinds). And there was not enough toilet paper, paper towels, no coffee filters and watered down hand soap.
