Xmas Vacation
Had a nice vacation with our family in Cape Coral. The house was as advertised. No cage over the pool was not a big deal. Heating the pool/hot tub as part of the rental was a nice touch. Good proximity to stores, bike paths and good walking areas. Pickleball courts are very close and are non-stop.

Even better than the description
This place was even better than the VRBO description. Online photo cannot do it justice. It was just an incredible home. Stayed with family. Very relaxing. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Beautiful contemporary design. We had everything we needed and more. Definitely did not want to leave.

Beautiful house, great location.
This was an amazing house! The view was outstanding with plenty of room for 6 was equipped with everything we needed. It was a memorable family vacation and look forward to spending time here next year.

Paradise
Wow! A vacation our family will always remember. Everything was exactly like the rental write up . The house was beautiful, fully equipped and very well-maintained. We cooked out a lot and swam in the beautiful pool.
Neil, the property manager was great and also the pool people were outstanding. We will definitely be back next year.

Dream House!
We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful modern escape! Loved the flow of the indoor / outdoor spaces. This house is perfectly situated on the inlet with fantastic sunset views! We rented a speed boat and explored some of the many fantastic Islands nearby.

Beautiful home with so much privacy!
We stayed at this gorgeous home with our family of adult children and their significant others to ring in the new year and escape our chilly state. We loved the setup of the U-shaped home where all the bedrooms were on one side and the living areas on the other. Our kids stayed up well past midnight watching movies and playing games and we couldn''t hear anything from the master suite! The location is great and you can walk to the marina or to a little shopping area with a Publix and liquor store, nail salon, etc. The pool was definitely a highlight, as was the gorgeous view down the canal. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Sister trip!!
This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. We loved the outdoor area and used it everyday. No need to pack beach towels because they provide them for you. The house is gorgeous but they should update the description because 2 bedrooms have king beds and 2 bedrooms have queen beds. Also it is 3 and a half baths not 4 as listed. We had minor issues with the cable but Neil tended to it quickly. We will definitely be back.

Great Quarantine Home!
What an excellent home for our family to move our "quarantine" from our home in ATL. This home was perfect for 3 adults and 2 teens to relax and enjoy the scenery night and day. We didn''t venture out and with this home, we were happy staying put. The layout of this home is perfect and with the exception of the master bedroom being a little on the warm side, it was an awesome experience. The property manager was very responsive too. Our only recommendation would be to provide a quieter standing fan for the master bedroom to cool it down for better sleeping. However, even with this small challenge, we would return to this home in the near future.

This is our second year here. Even though Covid-19 was in the world you cannot beat the proximity of everything. Hanging by the pool is not bad even if the government makes you do it. We will be back in 2021 for a threepete.

Awsome Vacation home
We loved this place. We almost don''t want to say nice things because it should be kept a secret! It is fabulous and has everything you could want. Really modern appliances, TVs - even Apple TV - etc. Everything was really clean on arrival and well maintained and it really does have everything you need. Management was really helpful and very prompt . The key was available in a lockbox when we arrived and we got in no problem. The views over the canal was greatThe swimming pool is great by bugs. There is a good outdoor kitchen where we enjoyed doing our BBQ and there are bikes in the garage.
However for me, the very best was the view. It was awesome and because you are right next to the main waterway this means you can be on your way immediately without endless idling down canals. We did Estero, Sanibel and Captiva and loved every minute.
Well done.
We missed the fourth bathroom in the house, description you read four bathroom, but there are just three and one seperate toilet.

Fantastic house
The pictures are great but I''m happy to say they are true. The house is spacious,wonderful decorated and has the most beautiful sunset. We were 6 adults and we all loved it.Publix is within walking distance and so is the Yacht Club with restaurants.The owner answered very quick when we had questions. I will highly recommend this house if you will have a nice and calm stay.
