The house was beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. It was also very clean. The pool was perfect for our family, heated to ~84 degrees. The walk to the beach was easy (about 0.5 miles) and took less than 8 minutes. We visited during Spring Break and were pleasantly surprised that the beaches weren't more crowded. The yard by the pool was beautifully landscaped and larger than expected, with enough space in the side yard to throw a football. There was plenty of seating around the pool, and two tables perfect for family meals. We had a few minor issues, but Lars responded immediately to address them. He was a great host and very responsive both before and during our stay.

We absolutely loved this property. Gorgeous home, spacious and comfortable, short walk to the beach, and short bike rides to either the Pompano Beach Pier to the north or the Lauderdale-By-The-Sea pier to the south. Great pool, and many hours spent relaxing in the lanai. Make sure to walk across the street to Sea Watch for dinner. Lars was a great host too. Highly recommended.
