The house is very centrally located, close to all shopping, and only minutes away from the beach. Once you arrive at the beautifully paved circular driveway and enter the house, you can’t help but notice how large the living room is, featuring a grand piano, a seating section with two chairs and a sofa, and then a third area for watching TV and relaxing in the large L-shaped couch. What’s more, there is a separate dining room, and if you prefer to be outside, there is a screened-in covered patio with a dining table, and a little lounge area with bamboo furniture. In other words, in this vacation rental, you can be assured that you will all be able to comfortably spread out to fully relax and enjoy every moment.

Lovely home in Pompano
We had a lovely stay in this beautiful 4 bedroom home. It’s stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The heated pool and screened in lanai were so enjoyable. The management company was very responsive to any requests. We’re looking forward to coming back next year!

Very nice Home
We were very pleased with the home, pool was Awesome and grounds were maintained very nice. Inside was very clean and the setup was great for 3 couples.
One thing was we wish there was some beach towels.

Wonderful Stay
The house was everything we expected and more - clean, comfortable, well stocked and located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and dining.

Nice and spacious
Stay was perfect, we were a party of 8 and we had lot of place with the house layout. The rooms was huge and living space too.
Only downside is that the pool was really cold and no heated.
I recommend this place.

2 weeks family vacation
We stayed in this vacation rental for two weeks in October 2022 and are generally satisfied with our stay. We had a good time in the spacious house and made good use of the fantastic pool and other amenities when staying. The property is in a good spot for beach vacation (8 minutes by car) and shopping is close by (Publix in walking distance).
All information on the website regarding the house are accurate and the pictures give a realistic impression of the house. The pool and the kitchen were great, AC is working properly. The owner also provided 2 brand new bikes.
However, there were some downsides: The interior is a bit aged and one of the bedrooms had a strange smell which we could only get rid of using Febreze. There is also one bedroom which does not have any closet which can be a problem depending on the group you are travelling with. The seating area on the patio is very uncomfortable and could be updated.
We had some issues with the pool and contacted Sebastian from iRenta and he immediately took action, and the issue was resolved.
I highly recommend iRenta - they were very professional and friendly; they reacted quickly and hold up to the promise to deliver us beach chairs and towels on the first day of our stay.

Very nice home in a great location
The house was nice , clean, and spacious and very conveniently located to several restaurants and stores and not far from the beaches. The beds were comfortable, the pool was nice and spacious. Needed to be cleaned daily thanks to the lizards dropping their gifts over night in the pool and the lounge area, but there was a hose and scooper available to help clean it out. The jacuzzi needed some cleaning but we didn''t really find a need to use it. Bring beach/pool towels. We found an ironing board but no Iron. There were only 2 tvs in the home and only one picked up channels. I would recommend adding more. Overall, we were very satisfied and would consider renting again for the future.
