Hemingway Holiday Poolside is located conveniently close to the ocean and in the heart of the Deerfield Beach entertainment district, only two blocks from the local attractions that have made the city a preferred vacation destination. This beautiful, very large 1,610 square feet second floor condominium is located at the same level as the community pool, yet you have complete privacy from both outside terraces. The condominium is perfect for up to 4 family or friends to enjoy during any South Florida vacation stay.
2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms are surprisingly roomy, and this delightful condo has attractive upgrades that put a premium on comfort and style. Striking luxury floors are done in hand-picked marble tile from Turkey, and the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout mean you're always within sight of an epic view. The two outside terraces are oversized and dramatically spacious, with the corner building location providing a west facing view that is perfect for taking in an unobstructed look at the inspiring and romantic sunsets. The outside terrace by the pool has both an outside living room section for lounging and an outside dining room section.
The master bedroom is stylishly decorated, with a spacious king-size bed, a designer bathroom, and a flat screen TV. On the opposite side of the condominium is the second bedroom, which also features a king-size bed and a full bath. The living room offers a separate TV section with comfy seating completely separated from the dining area. The photos really show it all! Internet is included.

Très beau séjour
Bien situé pour aller à la plage. Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Beaucoup d’espace, salle de bain attenante à chaque chambre, parfait pour 2 couples. Seul bémol, l’espace piscine et patio bruyants, proximité d’une rue passante. Nous avons tout de même apprécié notre séjour.

Lovely place to vacation
lovely place to stay.....and.....the dishwasher does not hold the dishwashing pod at all.......there was no oven mat .....and only one dish towel....we bought and left two dish clothes, paper napkins, paper towels, zip lock bags and TP and Kleenex and dishwasher pods and washing machine pods..we enjoyed the pool and its general location..would recommend it highly

Family week in Deerfield Beach
Our family of 4 had a great stay in Deerfield Beach. The kids were able to enjoy surf camp at the beach, and the adults were able to work remotely with a wonderful pool view. The location of this unit is close to restaurants and shops. The privacy of this unit was an attractive feature for us, and the pool was used almost daily by the family.

It did not start well, we had an issue getting in because the email that was sent to me with the instructions was in my spam inbox. We finally got of hold of Sean and he gave us instructions on how to get the door open. After that, our vacation was wonderful. We would definately go back again.

The director of revenue management could use some customer service training. With the amount of money a customer spends on the fees from VRBO he should have better customer service training. We are all fully aware that you are not allowed to check in before 4 PM however in all the years that I’ve been traveling I have never had a property manager not allow us to enter the property earky particularly if I requested it well in advance. He reported that the housekeepers couldn’t get there early enough. When we arrived at 2:06 PM they had already gone and he would not allow us into the property stating that he could not unlock the door remotely. Which we knew full well those door locks can be open remotely . Either way he knew well in advance we were going to be arriving slightly early and we were going to want to get settled. He knew the housekeepers had been gone. Due to the fact that the airlines kept canceling flights and changing them we were going to arrive at least two hours early and we just wanted to get settled. It was a long day of travel. Otherwise the unit was excellent. I contacted him in advance to let him know I would be out of the home by 8 AM so that if The new tenants were arriving early he could let them in early or tell the housekeepers to get there early. Fantastic stay!
The condo was even better in person than the pictures. We had so much space and the natural light was incredible. We loved being so close to the beach, and we definitely took advantage of the pool. This is an amazing space and worked perfectly for our family. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Wonderfull apertment located only 2 blocks.from the beach. Apartment was safe, very clean and with a modern look. Bedrooms were nicely seperated and plenty of bathrooms.All the basic utilities and primary supplies were available (dishwasher soap, garbage bags etc)

Just spent 2 weeks in this property and had an amazing vacation. Walk to the beach, restaurants and shops was quick and easy. Pool outside the patio was amazing and warm...most of the time we had it to ourselves. The property description was accurate. The rental was very clean and well-maintained. We had excellent customer service and all questions/concerns were responded to promptly. We would definitely recommend this property to friends/family and will definitely be returning! The apartment is very well located and the furniture is generally adequate. Changing the apartment's lock to a six-digit code requires all of us to learn those six digits, plus the four digits of the building's front door and finally the four digits of the parking gate...Another weak point is that the mechanism of the blind giving access to the patio door of the main terrace is broken, it is extremely difficult to raise it. Moreover, the patio door is broken, so on two occasions it was impossible to lock it. The curtain mechanism in the master bedroom is broken and no longer works properly. Finally the description mentioned that it sleep 6 but in fact there is one king bed and two trundle beds, however it is impossible to open those beds because the room is much too small. So there is only the sofa in the living room which is suitable for a person smaller than 5'8".

We had a wonderful stay at the Hemingway. Condo is beautifully appointed and the infinity pool is fantastic! The beds are all very comfortable – note, the fifth bed is a rollaway. Also remember to bring a hair dryer as there is not one available. We had an issue with the guestroom TV, however within minutes of sending an email the property manager showed up and fixed the problem. They are very responsive and care about the quality of your stay. We loved how close to the beach it was and that beach chairs and an umbrella were available for use. Highly recommend this rental and we look forward to visiting again!

The condo was very well kept and had everything we would need including chairs and umbrella for the beach. The kids would still want to swim after coming back from the beach so it was nice to have the pool right off the back door. Would book again!

Nice and elegant vacation home
Our family stayed in Hemningway Poolside during our Easter vaction. It was perfect for our family. With the private terrace with easy access to the pool area, our girls (9 and 4 years old)really enjoyed themselves. And with friends living in Deerfield, walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shops, the location couldn't have been better. With two parking spaces in the garage, we had easy access to our rental car, and had an extra space for our guests. The apartment is spacious,with a modern interior and at design that apeals to Scandinavian living. We are seriously considering this place again the next time in Deerfield Beach;-)

Come Home to Hemingway!
Needed a place for a week while our So Florida home was under repair. Fell in love with the pictures on HomeAway and was not disappointed at all! Apartment was clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Love the proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants of Deerfield. I highly recommend this upscale property for a short stay or the whole season.
