This condo is absolutely beautiful!! The location is amazing within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We loved the gated secure parking and never once had to wait for the elevator which was super quick. Beautiful infinity pool and super convenient trash chute. The unit is so pretty, the views are amazing both day and night but our favorite was to keep all the blinds open at night and turn off the lights and just enjoy the view! It was stunning. It had beach towels, backpack beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys (for kids) and even a cooler with wheels. The outdoor covered private patio was also lovely and had super comfy furniture. We will definitely be back.

It is billed as luxury property but it is a mid tier rental. The location is ok. There is no functioning ice maker. The pool furnishing are dirty and worn out. The location is noisy from neighbors and smelled of marijuana from the down the hall. The hallway and lobby are dated and is noisy too from other guests. The unit is noisy from the nearby main road. The stay was fine but it is not elevated enough if an experience to be billed “luxurious”.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We absolutely loved it. My questions to the host were answered quickly. Don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful place!! The unit was extremely well equipped! The beds were super comfortable with beautiful linens. The bathrooms were roomy and spotless! The kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee and cook. The living room was super stylish and comfortable. Our favorite part was the patio. Beautiful inland waterway views and a nice breeze! We loved walking on the beach path and exploring the community.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and well-decorated with comfortable beds, good showers, a good kitchen stocked with everything we needed, and terrific views from the 5th floor. We watched boats on the Intracoastal in the daytime and surrounding lights in the nighttime. It's a secure building, and we were close enough to the beach to walk to it, which was another plus. Our contact for the apartment picked up the phone immediately when we called. The extra parking space was also helpful for family members when they stopped by. We have visited family in Deerfield at least once a year for many years, and this was one of the best places we have stayed in.

This was a beautiful penthouse with great views. We loved the outdoor sitting area and the peaceful sound of the waterfall pool below. The place was extremely clean, high quality, and in a convenient location. It was a quick walk to the beach and the pier. We would absolutely stay here again. We loved it.

Very nice Condo by the beach
I stayed here with the family over 4th of July weekend. The place was great. It had a nice secure parking lot. The unit was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The pool is on a second floor landing, which makes it very private. It was nice and quiet up there too. I noticed some wear and tear on the unit, consistent with having renters, but nothing worth talking about.

This place is walking distance to some bars and restaurants, but it's just far enough away from the action to be nice and private.

I can only criticize one thing. The hallway and elevators weren''t air conditioned. It made getting up to the room a sweaty process.

Overall this was a good spot, and I would think about renting here again.

We had a very great time!


The rental was clean, well equipped and in a great area in Deerfield Beach. The description we saw on-line was accurate.

We could walk to the beach (2 blocks away), there was a nice pool downstairs and many restaurants within walking distance. The views from the living area and porch were spectacular at sunset..

The bed was comfortable, the 2.5 bathrooms were large, clean with plenty of good quality towels. The washing machine, dryer and kitchen appliances were modern and functioned well throughout our 8 week stay.

Niklas was very responsive the few times we had to contact him for very minor issues.

We attended 2 shows at the Kravis center in West Palm Beach, an Everglades boat ride in Loxahatchee, a spring training game in Jupiter and a hockey game in Sunrise - all within 45 min to 1 hours drive. There was plenty of shopping and 2 fairs in Deerfield Beach during our stay.

We enjoyed many restaurants from Burger joints to BBQ to finer dining. We especially enjoyed Le Val de Loire across the intracoastal in the Cove.
