We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in calm and safe area. It was close too the US1 with supermarkets and restaurants. Very easy to acces the 95 interstate. The house was clean and very well maintained. The beds was so comfortable. The pool was clean with easy acces steps. From the beginning to the end, we enjoyed everything.

Love the house, location, pool, etc. I travelled there with 5 grandkids and we had a blast. THe only downside was that the pool was yellowish when we arrived. The pool treatment guy came out on Monday, but he just vacuumed and put in a chlorine stick. By Thursday, it was yellow again. When we got home, the babies had ear infections, strep, and pink eye...But, still a great vacation. Weather was great, house was great, and we'd go again (but, I'd bring along like 2 extra chlorine sticks just to be safe)

Great place!
We chose this property to spend a few days off after a family vacation with children and grandchildren, it was the right thing to do. Three older adults stayed in it. The house is very comfortable, very well distributed, well equipped and manteined, its location is very good and the neighborhood is very quiet. We spent a few beautiful days enjoying it.

The home was great! It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Looks just like the pictures and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. It is very appreciated that there was beach towels, chairs, and even a couple of bicycles to use. The pool area was the highlight of the house! We spent most of our time at the house outside by the pool or in the screened patio area. So peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back. We only needed to contact Sean the host with a couple of questions and he quickly responded every time

The house was great. The pool and swing set were absolutely perfect for our family. We honestly didn't need anything else. Our only complaint from the week is that the floors were dirty and we had several bugs. When we told the owner, he sent an exterminator to help. Otherwise the house was perfect for us!

Amazing House!
We had a wonderful time for 10 days at this house. We really enjoyed the pool, which was heated and so warm that it was great even on cool days. When the pool heater unexpectedly turned off one day, I called the property manager and he had someone come out right away to fix it. I was very impressed. The house is beautiful and comfortable. We would love to stay at this house again!

Our family enjoyed this roomy house for a long weekend trip to Florida. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to conveniences like groceries, Target, donuts!, and the beach. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The screened-in room is a great place to enjoy a meal and the pool is wonderful with plenty of pool toys stocked in the shed. This is a great place to spend a few days and it was very comfortable for our stay.

The mattress and pillows need attention/ to be replaced, seriously.

This home was a great fit for 2 families (5 kids total). We had a 7 year old down to 8 months and this house held us all. A huge perk was how the pool was set up. The shallow end has a large ledge of 6 inch deep, then around 1 foot deep. The kids loved splashing here. The swing set was a nice perk as well outside of the pool. The one downside was the electric in the house was old, some lights would flicker etc...other than that a truly great experience! We would go back, and the hosts were very responsive.

My family of six has stayed in the Deerfield Beach area over the holiday season for many years and have seen a variety of rental properties. This one was my favourite. Everything was very clean and the home was very well equipped. The property manager was easy to deal with and very responsive when we had a few minor requests during our stay. The pool area and outdoor kitchen were great. The location (which is close to U.S. 1 and I-95) allows for easy access to local amenities and other surrounding areas and was close enough to the beach, but you will likely need to drive to the beach as it is a little too far to walk with beach chairs, etc. (which are provided at the rental home). The rooms were all great and easily accommodated the six of us and could have easily handled a couple more people. I have no complaints at all and would happily rent this property again.

Great Family Vacation!
I stayed with my family Friday-Tuesday at this beautiful house. It is the perfect house for a family with a few kiddos. The layout is beautiful and there were plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep. It is well kept, the outdoor area and pool was a great area. We felt very comfortable here.

We have booked this home for the second time. It was very clean and no bugs found, like we have expected from our first visit.
The pool was clean, pool boy comes once a week and he did a good job.
5 min. to the beach. Beach parking is expensive, but if you park of the other side of the draw bridge parking is free.
The beds are very comfortable. Each room has AC and an extra fan.
Kitchen has everything you need and a really big fridge.

Here are the things that I would want everyone to know before booking this place. To say that this property is CLEAN is an understatement. I was so relieved to see how clean everything was when I first entered the property. The pool is serviced every week and the home is FULLY stocked with everything one might need at home. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants and of course the beach! We stayed for a little over a week and just a tip if your going to the local Walmart, Target or Publix pick up some extra toilet paper & laundry detergent. They were both provided at the property (which I thought was nice of them) but you will more than likely run out. The shed was fully stocked with pool and beach essentials! We enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return to Floresta! It was AMAZING! Thank you for the awesome memories Floresta!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Myself and the other 6 women had a ball. The home was clean and well stocked. I'd highly recommend a few things to make it even better. Each Bedroom needs a luggage rack or a bench so that the luggage doesn't need to be on the floor. It would be helpful, if possible, to have a small piece of furniture for clothing - particularly important in those bedrooms that do not have closets. Would also recommend that the beach umbrella be improved. The Tommy Bahama umbrella was fine ~ the other one was useless. Thank you for letting me comment. Overall it was a great place and wonderful memories were made. The folks we spoke with prior to occupying the property were awesome and very helpful. Thank you.

Our family met at Floresta Beauty for our moms 93rd birthday! The home was everything we expected and more! From age 1 1/2 years to 93 the home was perfect. Having many things for the children made it wonderful...especially when you fly in. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was easy to get places. Grocery stores near by. Landscaping and pool maintenance was done while we were there. Loved the pool....our granddaughter 4 years old learned to swim here! We would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone. There was a major issue with the property which Runar handled very professionally and is the reason we will be returning to this house. I would strongly recommend the owner replace the mattress in the master bedroom at the very least and invest in more comfortable pillows. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

7 friends of MANY. years spent a wonderful vacation in the Floresta home. The home was very clean, had a great pool,& screened porch and most amenities one needs. Our only recommendation would be waste baskets in each bedroom and 2 instead of one night stands in bedrooms also. He too was baffled that they are electrical reclining couches with no electrical components to make them recline, he said he would look into this and get back to us. That never happened and we did not hear from him which we felt was a bit unprofessional and disappointing. All in all the house was most accommodating for us to enjoy a great get together and create new memories of a FUN time in Deerfield Beach and surrounding cities!,
7 friends of MANY. years spent a wonderful vacation in the Floresta home. The home was very clean, had a great pool,& screened porch and most amenities one needs. Our only recommendation would be waste baskets in each bedroom and 2 instead of one night stands in bedrooms also. Fun, while it lasted
Our stay was incredible, the house was as advertised. There were 8 of us and never felt cramped. We had indoor cooking as well as outdoor courtesy of the gas bbq grill. We also enjoyed the pool it was usable the whole time. We had supermarkets gas stations and various other shopping options nearby. Hurricane Irma unfortunately cut our time there short, to be fair we were contacted before we flew out to see if we were still traveling. We decided to go ahead since the flights were already paid for and time taken from work. The owners even stopped by before the storm as the storm shutters we're being installed. The next door neighbors and neighbors across the street offered assistance in the event that we rode the hurricane out in the rental (which we ended up not doing) it was very thoughtful of Deborah. We don't regret our trip and would rent this home again in a heartbeat.

Great house. Very clean and spacious, everything is provided for you from towels to waffle maker. All you need is a a bathing suit and you're set to enjoy what the house has to offer. The pool area was in great shape and plenty of water toys. Outdoor kitchen and eating area was great.
Runnar was very helpful and very quick on answering all my emails.
Overall a great experience and great house. Definitely will be back or try to rent another one of their properties.

Wonderful Floresta Beauty--Let's Go Again!!
This property is terrific; just the kind of vacation home you'd like to own. Beautiful interior, enticing pool, baby equipment, thoughtful extras. We were in Deerfield with extended family staying in 3 different locations, but because Floresta Beauty was such a great location and such an inviting space, everyone loved gathering at "our" house during the daytime for meals, swimming, and just hanging out. We can't wait to schedule another family reunion to book Floresta Beauty again! In addition: The management company was great to work with, responsive, and helpful While we were in Deerfield, there was a very, very serious family health emergency and the rental agent was very understanding, flexible, and helpful as we arranged a hospital visitation schedule.

Nice 4bd house in good location.
Short driving distance to Boca Raton(10min), Fort Lauderdale(30min), Miami(1h).
Pool in the backyard that are great for children and youth.

Great House and Location!
We had a great time at Floresta Beauty. We're a family of four, and had plenty of room there.
The pool was fantastic and the house is located in a very quiet and nice neighbourhood, close to every location.
Our only complaint was about the cleaning service. We found the house with some scattered towels and some dirt here and there. Garbage was still placed inside the bins to be collected and we also had an issue with the AC. But the Administrators (Thanks Runar and Jon!!) solved our problems quickly and without any delay. They really took care of the situation very fast.
Highly recommend this place and will definitely come back! Thumbs Up!!

Family vacation
Pros:
Location: great for shopping, proximity to beach and quiet neighborhood.
Grounds: well kept, pool was excellent and heated, plenty of outdoor furniture
House: spacious and generally clean with a good large TV in living room, great dining room with table for 8 people.
Features of house: spacious & comfortable lanai furniture, high-end BBQ, 2 fridges and 1 freezer, laundry room were great.
Air condition: excellent and very efficient
Management: Runar, the director of rentals and Oliver in charge of maintenance, could not have been more helpful and responsive.
Bedroom 4: twin bed mattresses were very comfortable
Cons:
BBQ: we moved the BBQ (which was in the lanai) outside because of the loud hood fan noise.
Kitchen: more attention to organization of the kitchen drawers. The pots and fry pans need replacing.
Master bedroom: mattress really needs to be replaced as well as the TV
Bedroom 2 and 3: mattresses need replacing and there is no TV
Shed: needs organizing

Perfect vacation home
Our stay was absolutely AMAZING. The house was perfect. Lots of space, and the kitchen is fully loaded. The outdoor screened in porch was wonderful. We have 4 kids and the house was anything but crowded. The heated pool was great as well. The only thing I would change would be the timer for the waterfall to stay on passed 6pm. Other than that, this house was breathtaking.

This was a beautiful comfortable home away from home. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. It was nice to have a choice of dining settings. We used the gazebo often. The pool and playhouse were a big hit. Parking for two is great. Property maintenance service is regular. Responses to our few requests were prompt. The place is close to beautiful beaches. Deerfield Beach and community were wonderful. We felt it was a safe and quiet neighbourhood. We would definitely recommend this home and location for anyone.

Really nice house with good amenities for kids. The the playgym outside was perfect, the pool was awesome. Well appointed kitchen and guest rooms. Nice outdoor screened porch with a grill, outdoor sink and fridge. Plenty of linens and such. Nice to have a laundry room, spices, and kitchen sundries. Really easy to just show up and relax. Wish I was still there and can't wait to go back.
