We absolutely loved our stay at the property. It was clean, beautiful, and in a great location. The outdoor space was gorgeous and everything was very well maintained. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway. We hope to return in the future.

The house was very comfortable for my family and grandma''s spring break. A great location, the dock provided a whole other level of entertainment for my boys. The picture perfect weather didn''t hurt either. I would definitely recommend this house and maybe someday will be back.

My husband and I visit South Floria 4-5 times a year to visit our youngest son. Our son relocated to ft lauderdale from Deerfield for work and we wanted to find a home closer to him. We always rent a beautiful home on the water. This property was by far our favorite and our new go to. Check in and check out are simple. Sean even allowed us a late check out due to our late night flight free of charge! The inside of the home was clean and beautifully decorated. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Loved the layout because the mater bedroom and bath are on the opposite side of the other bedrooms. The living room and kitchen are in between. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and towels for showers and outdoors! Many doors that lead to the beautiful back yard oasis. The yard is stunning!! Plenty of back up propane for grill wet bar with stools, ice maker, trash can, and huge table all underneath for days of rain you don’t feel cooped in. The pool is large and gets ample amount of sun. There’s even 3 loungers on the deck that is located over the water. Take a few steps down on the dock and there’s a margaritaville bench wigh cup holders. You can chill and watch the sunset, or do some fishing. Plenty of action for fishing. They also have poles to use. We used our own as we are huge fishers. They even have 2 kayaks and a launch. My son loves kayak fishing! The yard and dock have ample lighting that sets the tone at night. The entire yard is lit up including the pool you can set to your preference of lighting. Even has a cool strobe light. Plenty of parking for all guests. Nice bikes in the garage that are in great shape. Location is perfect! Anything you need js minutes away. Kitchen is well stocked for home cooked meals, which my son insists on. Lol Sean and his team are extremely professional and respond to any questions immediately. You won’t regret renting this home! We went during Covid, so we were a little worried. Honestly, there was no need to worry. Everything, from Publix to the liquor store, gas stations and even Ft. Lauderdale beach was within a 5 to 10 minute drive away from the house. My only concern would be that whoever cleans the property after a stay didn''t really clean before we arrived. The counters were sticky, which is a simple cleanup and someone had broken a glass cup on the patio and not cleaned it up. I noticed it and was able to clean it up myself. And someone left socks hanging to dry lol. Friendly neighborhood, property was well-maintained, and the owner left a welcome booklet offering different restaurants, shopping, and activities within the area. I would definitely stay here again!

This property has everything you need to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living.The house was immaculate upon arrival, stocked with plenty of kitchen ware to prepare meals inside if you choose. A nice bonus was the small office area set up that was very useful. Another very convenient aspect was a sliding window from the kitchen to the pool area, saved walking through the house with food/drinks. The outdoor area was exceptional, beautiful clean pool, dining area, seating on the dock, with a bar, grill and sink and you''re own beer tap. We called the property manager for a grill problem and he responded immediately. Only drawback was the fixed bridges in the area, if you have a boat inquire.

this house had everything we wanted and more. The pool was very clean, the house was spotless. Roomy and comfortable, ac worked. Everything came as advertised unlike other houses i''ve rented in the area. Fishing rods, and kayaks were fun to have access to.

We were slightly disappointed we had to request somebody to meet us at the house and go through various details on arrival.

A courtesy call after a few days in the house to hear how we were finding it was expected but never happened.

Our property manager was however was very helpful when we contacted him three weeks into the stay.

We loved this home. It''s very comfortable and it''s immaculate. The kitchen is well appointed. The linens and towels are plentiful. The pool and pool area provide hours of fun and relaxation. The ride to the beach was quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Even the grill was clean and ready for burgers!We highly recommend this home.

We had the pleasure to stay at Coral Ridge Isles Beauty from 28.12.18 to 4.1.2019. We have had a wonderful experience. The house and surrounding area absolutely responded to our expectations. In addition, we received good follow-up from Mr. Borgen at . All in all, this is highly recommended.

I was very satisfied with my stay, however it could’ve been more enjoyable if aunts were not everywhere in the house. They were all over the counters in the kitchen, over the stove in the bathrooms and the bedrooms which was a nuisance. Also, the laundry room needs a step down sign I almost broke my neck walking in there. Other than that the house was clean and exceeded my overall expectations. It was in a GREAT LOCATION, nicely decorated and was perfect for me and my friends!

The house was perfect for our group of adults. Clean, modern and it had the outside vibe we were looking for. The patio was perfect for cocktails, meals, card playing and quiet reading - lots of space for all of us! The home is just like the pictures and we were thrilled to see that there were loads of bathroom towels and pool / beach towels. We loved having the washer and dryer as our friends from Australia needed to run several loads. Close to great shopping - and the weather was great!We needed a propane tank refilled and it was done immediately. It is a pleasure doing business with Bunner and his team again. We would love to come back!

The house was spotless and absolutely beautiful. The Kayaks and bikes were so welcome and really made the difference! The heated pool was crystal clear and the peaceful water setting was just perfect. Runar was so helpful and the rental agency is first rate.

We took a girls trip to Fort Lauderdale and this house was perfect, close to all of the amenities of Fort Lauderdale and the outside living space is so nice. The property managers were wonderful too.

Family vacation to celebrate our Aunt Ruth''s 90th birthday. Fabulous well stocked home, nice quiet setting on the water, we enjoyed the pool and outside deck area. Easy to entertain both inside and outside for 12 people. Well stocked kitchen with lot''s of plates, silverware, tools etc. We would recommend this rental to everyone. Beds are VERY comfortable.

We had a great stay at the CRIB. Two things that could have been better: The aircondition made a lot of noise in one of the bedrooms and there where a lot of bugs both inside and outside the house.

The house was overall great and met our very high expectations. We had everything we need in the house but it would have been nice to have a basketball to use outside. The owner had his car in the garage so that made it kind of difficult to use the so called "gym" in the garage. The pool heater was not functioning on our arrival but after a call to the property manager, this was solved the very next day. Rental company where very helpful and always answered back on emails fast. We had a lot of questions. Only negative thing about the house was the air condition. The two smaller rooms where a bit too warm while the rest of the house had a comfortable temperature. Since it didn''t bother us that much we didn''t comment on it on our arrival. The pool area and outdoor kitchen were excellent! Sunrise/sunsets at the dock by the canal were amazing. We would stay again!

As a family with teenage children this was an amazing rental choice. The location is great with lots of shopping and restaurants very close by. The kayaks and bicycles are a great addition that is not generally included with most rentals. The property was immaculate and very comfortable. The highlight was the pool area with the outdoor kitchen. We spent most of our time outside and this was definitely a plus. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again. The property manager and the rental company were both excellent to deal with and very accommodating.

We were 2 families of 4, with teenagers. The house had all the amenities, and we especially enjoyed the dock on the canal to sit and enjoy sunrise/sunsets, as well as fish and kayak. Good location, we would stay again.
