This is also one of our most affordable South Florida vacation homes, a popular choice for groups of up to 6, family and friends.
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms benefit from spacious design and a split floor plan that gives the master bedroom its own wing, allowing everyone plenty of space for relaxation and privacy. High ceilings, numerous windows and sliding glass doors, and recently updated designer décor create a look that is indulgent and bright. The living room has plush seating, a large flatscreen TV, and an enticing view of the water. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a comfortable dining area that invites lively meals. Girls Trip
The home was beautiful and the pool and patio area were amazing, we spent most of our time out there. The tiki table out by the canal was awesome we would sit out there and watch the boats go by. The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. The response from the property mgmt was very good when needed.

Wonderful Christmas get away
Our stay at Cape Coral Waterfront Serenity was just what our family of 5 needed ( we stayed for 30 days). The house has a great floor plan with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfy. We particularly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, lanai and waterfront tiki hut. We loved watching all the boats cruise by and seeing the fish jumping. The sliders on the back wall of the family room completely open up creating a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel. We could not have asked for a better backyard oasis. We did have some minor issues when we arrived which the management company quickly addressed. They were very responsive to our needs. The family room furniture is on its last leg and really should be replaced. I would recommend replacing some of the finishing in the home as well such as the throw pillows, bath rugs, towels, trash bins etc Not major issues but they did show signs of age/wear. The house is in a convenient location near stores like Target and Publix. Overall, we had a lovely time here and we would happily rent here again.

Perfect Getaway House

A wonderful time away. House had everything we needed for a relaxing yet fun time as a family of 5. Swimming, cooking, fishing, beach time and some Netflix was just what we needed.
May be time to replace the flags out back as they've become quite tattered. Only issue we had was coffee pot didn't work morning after arrival. Had a replacement within a couple of hours!

Waterfront Serenity Made Ohio Snowbirds Happy
We thoroughly enjoyed our month at Waterfront Serenity! It is a beautiful and cozy home. We enjoyed the lanai and the tiki hut immensely. And the property manager and his team were great.

We spent Christmas in this beautiful house. The weather was not the best but it was a very relaxing stay. It would have been even more fun with a boat ride included in the canals.

A week in the sun!
Gorgeous vacation home! The screened in outdoor area has a beautiful view, a great sized heated pool and hut tub, and comfortable patio furniture! You will want to spend all day and night outside! The inside of the house is beautiful and very clean. The management staff was easy to work with. The perks of this vacation home are the grill, pool floats, beach equipment, bikes, an outdoor tv, as well as a pack n play and a highchair! We absolutely enjoyed our time at this home and will be returning again!

A family trip
We are a family of five persons and stayed for nine days. I must say that it was a lovely stay! The beach and the shopping is a little bit too far away but the pool and the house makes the place perfekt anyway.

GREAT HOME
Love this home. Neil is wonderful to deal with. We have rented this home for the month of March for 2 years. Very unhappy home was rented for next year, without being offered to us. We were extremely disappointed that 2 years of loyal and respectful renters, were not appreciated. We made sure that the home was immaculate when we left,and was well cared for while there.I cannot say anything bad about the home,or Neil, but iRENTA needs to treat good and loyal renters better. The pictures and description of this property are very well reflecting the reality. We were very pleased with our stay in Cape Coral Waterfront Serenity, as it well suited our needs and desires. Quiet residential area, nice views and great facilities. A 10 minutes drive to a good grocery store (Publix), a 10-15 minutes drive to a selection of restaurants. Strong recommendatin from our side, a family of 4 including 2 kids.

The home is welcoming, modern and perfect for a family vacation. The beds are comfortable, plenty of pillow options available too! The pool area has enough space to spread out, play, relax and just enjoy family. In the evenings, sitting out at the Tiki hut is a perfect way to end the day. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook any meal, and the grocery is extremely close!
We were able to be in contact with the rental agent for any questions, and he was very quick to respond. We will definitely be back to visit.

Best Get Away Ever!!!
Staying at Waterfront Serenity for over a month was such a perfect choice for my hubby and me. We cannot express enough how clean and well appointed the entire home was upon our arrival. They have actually thought of EVERYTHING. Although there is so much to see and do, there were days we just sat at the home and relaxed in the pool. The beds are all very comfy. The property managers, Keely and Neil, were excellent to help us before and during our stay. Fishing in the canal was a fun event as well. We did everything from renting a boat to walking various beaches and shopping in many of the outlets, malls, and various towns. We made so many beautiful memories and met so many wonderful people. We thank God for the owners and property managers of this home who allowed us to stay. The location is perfect--only 40 minutes to the airport. The neighborhood is quiet which we enjoyed while sitting outside at the Tiki hut in the evenings. It was great watching all the boats pass by. This home exceeded our expectations. Thanks again for letting us stay in Waterfront Serenity.

An amazing wo weeks.
Enjoyed the house very much, everything is high end. the lanai was used every day, beds very comfortable, saw 2 dolphins in the canal. Will be back again !!!!

Great Sunrises
Waterfront Serenity was a very welcome and comfortable home - quite clean and well furnished with everything we needed for our month long stay. We spent much time in the lanai, enjoying morning coffee and great views of the sunrises, even taking some spectacular pictures and relaxing in the spa.The neighborhood was very quiet and we always felt safe. Neil was always helpful and quite prompt; he and Keely were a pleasure to work with.

Great Vacation Home
We stayed two weeks in Cape Coral Waterfront Serenity and we were very satisfied.
House was as good as it looks in pictures. Neighbourhood was very peaceful, no noise from the traffic. There was easy access to FT Myers beach and lot of nice restaurants with short driving distance.
We also liked the bikes and beachstools. Pool and jacuzzi were also great. Nice canalview from the deck.

We had a great stay in this house. Very nice house with everything you need. Enjoyed the poolarea and the "tikihut" a lot. We are already thinking about next trip to this area, and perhaps to this house also.
