Cape Coral Contemporary Waterfront is a strikingly modern, impressively lavish Southwest Florida destination vacation home. This 2560 square feet waterfront villa has ample space for up to 8 family and friends to indulge the high life. The home features abundant tropical greenery and fantastic canal views, for a uniquely pampered and indulgent experience.

A spacious circular driveway with white marble pavers greets you on arrival and ushers you into luxury. The ultra-modern 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath rooms design balances private spaces with areas to gather and share wonderful memories. Vaulted ceilings throughout add an air of drama and draws your attention to the large windows with spectacular water views. Modern polished concrete floors and fashionable area rugs are attractive and elegant.

Living spaces feature modern designer furnishings that perfectly accentuate the home's lavish contemporary aesthetic. Enjoy a very modern open kitchen with lovely granite counters, a breakfast bar seating for four, a separate dining table for eight, and new appliances. The adjacent living room has comfy seating, a very large flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the outside area.

The master bedroom is sized to impress and includes a king-size bed, a large closet, and direct pool access with a privileged water view. The master bath is equally impressive, with a double sink, a frameless glass shower door, a hot tub with an amazing canal view, and its own television. The second and fourth bedrooms have glass doors that open to the pool area. All bedrooms feature queen-size beds and mini-office areas with built-in desks, flat screen TVs, and Apple TVs. Free WIFI is, of course, included, but there is also a printer in case you’ll need one.

The outdoor area is something entirely special! The home is located at a waterfront T-intersection and has amazing views down the canals. The infinity pool overlooks the water and includes a Jacuzzi. Ample chaise lounge seating allows for tanning and relaxing in the sun. The outdoor dining area has an overhang for a cooling shade and includes a full outside kitchen with a built-in grill, a sink, a refrigerator, and an outdoor dining table. There is also a separate lounge area, perfect for morning or late night drinks and socializing. A private dock where you can fish from features additional chaise lounge seating. The house is a mere 8-minute walk away from Cape Harbor where you’ll find three great restaurants, bars, and shops. The supermarket Publix is just as close.

Cape Coral is famous for its scenic canals, which it has more miles of than any other city in the world. The city is also a destination vacation playground, with gorgeous beaches, golf courses, and a family water park. The barrier islands Sanibel and Captiva can be accessed by boat or vehicle and offer premier resort amenities, dining, and entertainment. The Pine Island Sound Aquatic Preserve is where visitors go to scratch their aquatic adventures itch, and to enjoy fishing, kayaking, ocean sightseeing, scuba & snorkeling, sunbathing, and more. There's something wonderful for everyone in Cape Coral!

Xmas Vacation
Had a nice vacation with our family in Cape Coral. The house was as advertised. No cage over the pool was not a big deal. Heating the pool/hot tub as part of the rental was a nice touch. Good proximity to stores, bike paths and good walking areas. Pickleball courts are very close and are non-stop.

Even better than the description
This place was even better than the VRBO description. Online photo cannot do it justice. It was just an incredible home. Stayed with family. Very relaxing. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Beautiful contemporary design. We had everything we needed and more. Definitely did not want to leave.

Paradise
Wow! A vacation our family will always remember. Everything was exactly like the rental write up . The house was beautiful, fully equipped and very well-maintained. We cooked out a lot and swam in the beautiful pool.

Dream House!
We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful modern escape! Loved the flow of the indoor / outdoor spaces. This house is perfectly situated on the inlet with fantastic sunset views! We rented a speed boat and explored some of the many fantastic Islands nearby.

Beautiful home with so much privacy!
We stayed at this gorgeous home with our family of adult children and their significant others to ring in the new year and escape our chilly state. We loved the setup of the U-shaped home where all the bedrooms were on one side and the living areas on the other. Our kids stayed up well past midnight watching movies and playing games and we couldn't hear anything from the master suite! The location is great and you can walk to the marina or to a little shopping area with a Publix and liquor store, nail salon, etc. The pool was definitely a highlight, as was the gorgeous view down the canal. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Sister trip!!
This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. We loved the outdoor area and used it everyday. No need to pack beach towels because they provide them for you. The house is gorgeous but they should update the description because 2 bedrooms have king beds and 2 bedrooms have queen beds. Also it is 3 and a half baths not 4 as listed. We had minor issues with the cable but Neil tended to it quickly. We will definitely be back.

Great Quarantine Home!
What an excellent home for our family to move our "quarantine" from our home in ATL. This home was perfect for 3 adults and 2 teens to relax and enjoy the scenery night and day. We didn't venture out and with this home, we were happy staying put. The layout of this home is perfect and with the exception of the master bedroom being a little on the warm side, it was an awesome experience. The property manager was very responsive too. Our only recommendation would be to provide a quieter standing fan for the master bedroom to cool it down for better sleeping. However, even with this small challenge, we would return to this home in the near future.

Cape Coral Awesome
This is our second year here. Even though Covid-19 was in the world you cannot beat the proximity of everything. Hanging by the pool is not bad even if the government makes you do it. We will be back in 2021 for a threepete.

Awsome Vacation home
We loved this place. We almost don't want to say nice things because it should be kept a secret! It is fabulous and has everything you could want. Really modern appliances, TVs - even Apple TV - etc. Everything was really clean on arrival and well maintained and it really does have everything you need. Management was really helpful and very prompt . The key was available in a lockbox when we arrived and we got in no problem. The views over the canal was greatThe swimming pool is great by bugs. There is a good outdoor kitchen where we enjoyed doing our BBQ and there are bikes in the garage.
However for me, the very best was the view. It was awesome and because you are right next to the main waterway this means you can be on your way immediately without endless idling down canals. We did Estero, Sanibel and Captiva and loved every minute.
Well done.
We missed the fourth bathroom in the house, description you read four bathroom, but there are just three and one seperate toilet.

Fantastic house
The pictures are great but I'm happy to say they are true. The house is spacious,wonderful decorated and has the most beautiful sunset. We were 6 adults and we all loved it.Publix is within walking distance and so is the Yacht Club with restaurants.The owner answered very quick when we had questions. I will highly recommend this house if you will have a nice and calm stay.
