We had a great time at Casa Nueva! When we had an issue the owner answered helped. Our only issues were lights not working on dock and the safety alarm on the patio doors keep them from being open longer than 10 seconds. The system should have an override.

We stayed with our kids and granddaghter during COVID. The house was clean, well-equiped and modern. We had one problem with the dishwasher during our stay, and that was taken care of. I would recommend this property to friends.

We had the opportunity to stay in this home for our 4 generations family "girls trip". The house was neat, clean and in an excellent location. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The heated pool was the icing on the cake! The beautiful view of the canal was an added bonus too. We will definitely be back!

A fantastic experience all around. The unit was well kept and any concern or question we had was immediately addressed. We were looking to secure the unit for next year as well until we found out it was already reserved by another very lucky family.

We had a great time. The house was clean, cabinets well stocked and easy to access all stores in preparation for the holiday. We say several lizards out on the deck - they were beautiful. The pool area was nice although our weather was pretty cool and the water was pretty cool also. Everything went well and instructions were complete.

This Home is perfect for any family vacation. Very spacious and well put together. The home is furnished with everything you would need during your stay. Very clean and located in an area where you have access to shopping, dining and beaches. The outdoor ammenties were just as Amazing. The pool area is very spacious and clean. The dock and tiki hut were great for watching the fish jumping and the Beautiful Sunsets in Cape Coral. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is considering it. Neil went above and beyond our expectations to make sure the house was perfect. Overall I would give this home a 5 Star rating.

Everything about our stay was great. The pool and spa are beautiful with lots of space around the pool. The inside space was well laid out and the kitchen was great for cooking and serving to family. It is in a good location with grocery stores and shopping close by and the Cape Coral beach is only 20 minutes from the house. Nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Our family and I rented this home for three weeks in January. We can''t say enough great things about our experience. The house is just as pictured. Very clean, tastefully decorated and furnished, and very well maintained. The layout is also great having the master bedroom on opposite ends of the other bedrooms. Things do echo in the house with the high ceilings and tile floor but that''s to be expected. Our ONLY complaint - literally ONLY negative thing we could say is the noise of the box springs. The beds were comfortable but getting in, out, and moving around in the bed is so incredibly loud and obnoxious. It appears to be a problem in the room with the twin beds and the master bedroom. Perhaps the property manager would consider replacing those.



The location is great, too. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. The house is located between two empty lots which is also very nice considering you don''t have neighbors right on top of you. We went walking everyday and the neighbor is clean and the people are friendly. The property manager was also great! He was extremely accommodating on a scheduling error we had and also very prompt in responding via text message with any questions/concerns we had with things around the house/property.



Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. You won''t be disappointed!

Wonderful house in a central location just of Del Prado Boulevard. Took great pleasure in both the private pool and the private dock on the channel, where we docked our rented boat while staying in the house. The trip from the private dock and out to the river took approx. 35 minutes.



Management and pool guys where all very professional and friendly.



If you are considering Cape Coral, we can warmly recommend this house.

We had a great last week of our 3 week Florida vacation in this nice house. It was clean, had good size pool, and we saw a manatee from the dock. Unfortunately we didn''t think of reporting a small crack/damage in one of the windows, which did cost us $250. The contract says if you discover any damage, you shall tell the owners agent within 24 hours in written aware of that, or ask for damage insurance. Also we didn''t getting the cable TV box in the living room to work, we could of course have asked them to fix that, but we basically stayed out doors most of the time, so it didn''t bother us. The house was otherwise well equipped, well suited for two families travelling together, and I would also really recommend renting a boat when you are in Cape Coral. Cruising the intercostal waterway, or just stopping at Gramma Dot''s on Sanibel Marina for a lunch while you are on the water is fantastic. The little sandy Picnic island is a great place to stop for a dip in the water on your way there, it''s located near mile marker 101. The house is also close to shopping and it worked out really good for us. Just read the contract properly, and report if you discover any damages within 24 hours. The 4 stars given to the general condition relates to a small crack in a window, cable TV box out of order, and maybe mattresses in master bedroom could have been replaced. But we liked the house a lot, it''s clean and cozy, and would recommend it.

On the positive side:This is a great house for families or couples.The lay out of the house is perfect,4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms was ideal.Nice Pool & Spa with a beautiful backyard with view on the canal.Beautiful large kitchen to accommodate large family. Grocery store across the street,a few decent restaurants close by.

On the downfall side: Location of the house is Okay for Cape Coral,just not the best street.The kitchen lacked cooking pots & pans,the iron and blender even though looked like new,were not working at all.ALL of the beds were not comfortable(need to be changed) except for the twin beds.Beach is 1/2 hour away (that''s if you don''t hit traffic).

They house was great, it was super clean,

the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and the furniture was beautiful. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, we spent lots of time in the outdoor space. The little tiki bar on the dock was great, there was a great breeze sitting f own by the canal. We also saw an alligator in the canal. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy a vacation in Cape Coral.

We were 2 families with 4 teenagers staying together. The house is in a very good condition with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was spoless when we arrived. We had problems with one of the televison and got help almost immediately from the property managers. We were allowed to stay a few hours longer our last day which was very good for us.

Shops for grocery shopping is very cloose. About 20 min by car to nearast beach.

Awesome house, great outdoor space and very modern. The only negative really was the pool alarm--you need to push a button every time you enter and exit the house through the all the back doors. The alarm is very loud so it scares you if you happen to forget to press the button. We didn''t have small children in our group so it would have been nice to be able to turn it off during our stay.

We had a wonderful two month stay at Casa Nueva. It is located off of one of the main roads in Cape Coral which runs north/south. Both bridges to Ft Myers were close and easily accessible. There is a walMart super center as well as a Publix located less than a mile away. Everything is centrally located ...Cape Coral Yacht Club (beach) is very close. There is a movie theater, mall, plenty of fast food eateries along with casual/fine dining options within a ten mile radius. You couldn''t ask for a better location in relation to things to do/places to visit. On the down side, the home is located in a neighborhood of older unkemp homes next to beautiful new dwellings.



The house itself is as beautiful as pictured. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. we frequently prepared and ate most meals outside on the lanai. It is very quiet and relaxing by the pool/hot tub.



The house is decorated lovely, but with 12'' or higher ceilings and tiled floors, the acoustics are terrible. The sound echoed everywhere. Possibly the placement of area rugs would help stifle the noise. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed!



The bedroom we slept in was very small...a queen size bed but no end tables/lamps and no dressers. The mattress was on a platform that had drawers in which to store your clothes. one side was too close to the wall to access.



Would I stay here again? YES! The pluses outweighed the minuses!
