Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Aqua Vista! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house was clean, well decorated, and had everything we could need for our vacation. The layout was perfect for us, spacious, open, and comfortable for spending time together, yet with enough room for everyone to have their own space. The backyard and canal views were absolutely perfect. We spent hours in the pool, relaxing on the patio, and watching the boats go by. The covered patio was especially nice for enjoying meals outside or just hanging out, even when those quick Florida showers passed through. The added bikes available to ride to the beach or just explore the neighborhood are a nice addition. Those little extras made the stay even more special. The location couldn’t have been better. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is perfect for families.

Great place for families, couples with 3 bedrooms so everyone could spread out. Quiet yet close enough to the beach, shops, restaurants (car recommended). However, we enjoyed lounging/dining in the backyard patio/pool/bbq the most.

We’ve stayed at Aqua Vista several times and are never disappointed. The location.. close to town and on a canal with boat traffic is great.
The house is clean and spacious and we noticed several improvements since the last time we stayed. Rental management very responsive and easy to work with.

PERFECT POOL HOME!!
Love this home with all the GLAM decor..very clean..all photo's are accurate..better in person. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs..a Weber grill is right out the back door for convenient grilling. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The entire property flows with easy access to every room and the outside area..lanai and pool are perfect. We spent two weeks relaxing, sunning, swimming, grilling and enjoying this wonderful home. We extended are stay by a few more days as we did not want to leave. The Landings is a quiet upscale neighborhood but very close to all shopping. Sean was just a phone call away with excellent customer service. We will happily return to this great property.

We had a good time in Florida. Sean and his team did a good job managing our stay. There was an air conditioner prob at the original house in Lauderdale so Sean moved us to a beautiful place in Delray beach while the a/c got fixed and had us move back to the original house on the Thursday. Both houses had a lot to offer and were clean and we would consider going
back.

Place was great, clean, and perfect location. Laking pots and pans, I couldn't cook. I left an umbrella, there wasn't one. Also no toiletries (bar of soap would be nice). Overall it was wonderful. I would rent it again.

Sean's place was beautiful and so clean! We immediately felt comfortable the moment we walked through the door. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, there was plenty of space for all of us, and the pool/back yard was our favorite place to be. We loved seeing all the boats pass, and how easily accessible everything was in the area. Thank you so much!

This year was our third time at this obviously we like it..unfortunately trip cut short by Covid-19...and since we were in the home a lot more due to restrictions I noticed some things that could be improved:
needs a whole new set of pots and pans...the set there is old and in pretty bad shape, need a colander, and more cooking utensils, also need more baking dishes and storage containers.
Did not notice in past as we spent a lot of time eating out.
Overall I love this place..close to town, nice pool and very well kept up. (although I think the cushions on outdoor furniture could be refreshed).
We would rent again.

Beautiful, comfortable, immaculate, roomy, special water views. A perfect location within a couple of miles of the fun, sand and endless food offerings of the Lauderdale area without having to deal with city congestion. Had mini-issue which was solved immediately with one phone call.

Overall this property is beautiful. Beautifully furnished. Sofa very comfortable. All bedrooms extremely comfortable. Comforters and linen all good quality. Location was nice and very close to Lauderdale by the Sea.
It would have been better had there been some pots and pans for cooking. The cook ware was minimal. Coffee pot did not work very well. Need upgrade to coffee pot, and new pots and pans. No containers at house for food storage. We have been renting homes in Ft. Lauderdale for 7 years for the month of January and this was one of the nicest houses to date. Overall very nice house.

Most things were okay, but there was a rat in the barbecue, the ignition was not in order and I think there was a leekage in the gas supply.
There should have been a bin for food waste.
There also could have been an offer for cleaning at an additional price, we were however helped when we asked.

The home was just spotless clean and accommodating. Just perfect and only about 1 mile away from the famous Fort Lauderdale-by-the-sea area/beach. Furthermore, great shopping was around. Taking a dive in the morning or at night in the beautiful pool or sitting out on the terrace brought a great vacation feeling. The property was superbly managed and all was in place for some light home cooking.

A house that makes you feel like a princess
The situation of the house and the house itself is really really nice. The bedrooms, all three, were nice and big and worked out fine with teenagers sharing rooms. We grilled outside several nights, borrowed the bicycles for exploring the area and overall had a great stay.

We have rented several times in this area and we liked this house the best so far. Property is exactly as pictured online..very clean, contemporary and in a great location. Having four bikes to use was a bonus and we used them every day and watching the boats go by as we sat by the pool was a fun way to spend a lazy day. My only issue was we were led to believe there were TV's in every bedroom, however only in Master BD and LR. Obviously not a major issue, but it should be noted. We would definitely rent this house again.

We Had The Best Time and The Property Was Perfect!
We wanted a rental property that supported our desire to enjoy 'fun in the sun' and Aqua Vista was exactly that! Great location - beautiful East facing setting on a channel - pool, bbq, etc. Further, the home was clean, bright, and perfect for our party of five! Already considering a return next year!!!

Wonderful place
A great place to stay.
A house that will full fill every need you as a family might have. Clean nicely decorated with a great location. Only 25 min walk or 12 min bicycle ride to the beach.
The management acted as the pro they are. Great communication with complete information.

Very nice and easy stay. Didn't need to contact the staff at all. Just let the bags on floor and enjoy the outside area right away.

10 days at Aqua Vista
Very nice vacation home for a family of 4. Could well fit 6 adults. We can recommend this property, we had a great stay.

Outstanding
This house is amazing. Very nicely decorated and the patio and pool is great for entertaining. We brought out boat and were able to park it 45 feet from the back patio. The intracoastal waterway is a short 10 minute ride from the house. Would highly recommend this property

A great location to stay during your holiday
We had a great time at Aqua Vista.
Everything is there to make it an very comfortable stay.
One time we had a small problem with the power supply. We called the property manager and within one hour he was on location and fixed the problem.
One small comment. there is one central air condition system. The temperature in the 3 bedrooms are different, so it was not possible to get the temperature on the right level.
we will definitely stay at Aqua Vista when we visit Miami and the villa is available

Great place!!!
I stayed there for 3 weeks. had a great time. everything was just new. the pool area is one of the best i ve been (even better than in the pictures)
never had problems with anything. just great to relax. there were also bikes in the house to go to the beach (5min) or close restaurants. the people who work in the house renting company were realy nice and helpful.
couldnt ask for more
