The condo was at a great location you have to walk to the beach about 2 blocks. The manager Fred was very helpful. The only complaint is that the kitchen was not well stocked with glasses, cooking stuff , etc

The pictures were pretty spot on in terms of what it actually was like. Overall, it was a great location to the beach and a great restaurant on the pier we visited three times. There were minor things, baby ants in the kitchen at times, sink that sprayed you which ended up getting fixed. Tvs were difficult to manage. I would suggest purchasing more paper products and cleaning items if coming with a full house. Overall, clean and nice property.

Our townhouse for the week was immaculate and the entire family enjoyed their stay. The property manager helped us with TV reception and propane for the grill. Plenty of beach accessories, towels, bikes, etc. enhanced our stay. Thank you very much!

Great condo. Clean, spacious, bikes to ride, chairs to take to the beach, hot tub, pool, within walking distance to the beach. Would go back!

I rented this condo for a 5 night stay with my husband, sister + her husband and our parents. This space was incredible. Even better than the photos - it seems the pull out couch room is actually a bed! So there were two bedrooms with private bathrooms attached + 1.5 other bathrooms! Wish the pool was a little bigger and had more sun - but besides that - this space was SUPER clean + even had what we needed to cook a big dinner one night!

This beach home is ideal for a relaxing get away with family. The amemities were excellent and proximity to the beach was great. We enjoyed bike riding, local restaaurants and the pool/hot tub. I can''t wait for my next beach getaway with family!

Our family enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The rental itself was great. Very well kept. If I had any complaint and its minor, the bicycles were in rough shape. However we plan to rent this place again next year.

Beautiful townhome & location - overall great value for the money.

Perfect beach location to host 15 total family members for "Thanks-Swimming". Main level is wide-open and very spacious. Appliances worked perfectly. Ample countertop space. Convenient guest bathroom right next to living room. 30 second walk to pool/hot tub. 3 minute walk to beach access near Marriot resort, just 2 blocks south along A1A.

Conveniently located within 2 miles of upscale grocery stores (Whole Foods, Publix), Starbucks, liquor stores, restaurants, etc.

Excellent seafood dining at the Lighthouse Cove Resort directly across A1A (1 minute walk).

Outstanding service from iRenta property managers before, during and even after our stay. The day after check-out, my parents realized they left some important personal items in the townhome - Runar & Oliver communicated promptly with the cleaning company and the new tenants, and were able to retrieve the items very quickly.

Interior condition of townhome was clean and well-maintained, with just a few minor exceptions due to general wear & tear - baseboards & some walls could use a coat of paint, some of the door handles & toilet paper brackets were loose. However, once we noted these items in the "Hospitality" app, Oliver was quick to schedule service. Plenty of clean bed & bathroom linens (but no washcloths), about 10 beach towels stored in laundry room. Very comfortable beds in all rooms.

Overall outstanding vacation for the family - we''ll be back next year.

Thanksgiving family getaway, property management company was very professional and resourceful couldn''t ask for more. Home was equipped with everything that was needed, setup very clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend home and irenta to friends and family.

Came to Florida for my brother wedding and rented this beautiful home of 3 floors with 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. They had everything only thing you needed to bring for yourself was soap and food to cook. Beautiful scenery with a balcony in every room literally. Beautiful and spotless i love the bathroom that was also in each of the bedroom.

We stayed at this property with another family and had plenty of room. Lots of bedrooms/bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was cleaned nicely. I love the iRenta app, it gave notifications about trash and had other helpful information. The beach was a close walk and the pool was great. The front side of this condo is located on a very busy street and we could hear cars going by at all times of the day/night in the main living area and 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The kitchen was a good size but could use more everyday essentials. There were only 3 coffee mugs and not much glassware. We also were not provided with any kitchen towels or wash clothes.

This rental is as beautiful and spacious as the photos suggest! We had two families with kids staying and there was more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen area is huge and well stocked with utensils, plates, pots, etc.. The beds are super comfortable. There''s plenty of room to unpack, and way more towels, sheets, pillows and blankets than you could ever need! The garage fit a minivan and a full-size sedan, with careful maneuvering. The manager came out right away when we had some issues and fixed most of them, but the screen to the balcony never fit right, and while the dishwasher worked, it wanted to fall out of its box. (Take off half a star if that matters to you - otherwise everything was in fantastic working order and very comfortable.) The photos showed a room with two bunk beds that instead had two twin beds, but the photos also showed a room with a pull out couch that instead had a delightfully comfy queen sized bed, so it all worked out. The laundry worked beautifully and is on the same level as the bedrooms - very convenient - and there was even a drying rack. Decorations are modern and calming - the whole unit was spotlessly clean and bright. One bedroom and bath are on the ground floor, then there''s a staircase up to the living area with a half bath, and a staircase to the rest of the bedrooms and two full baths. It''s a short walk across Ocean Ave to the beach access. Such a fantastic vacation rental. We''ve been to a few in the area and so far this was our favorite! We would definitely stay again!

Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful unit. The large space with 4 bedrooms was a great amount of space for our large group with separate families. This is a great location by the beach and walking distance to many places, including restaurants and the pier. The only downfalls that the unit has if you are travelling with small children or elderly, are the hard tile floors and the long sets of stairs to get up to the main floor as well as, again, up to the bedrooms. Other than those, we would definitely recommend this unit!!
