Bermuda Riviera Waterfront is a spacious and comfortable 3,000 square foot house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the ideal vacation rental home for a big family, or two smaller families. Located on the island side of the intracoastal, you can walk to the beach in no time, or jump on one of the four bicycles that is available to guests.
The living room is nice and bright with genuine hardwood floors, two comfortable sofas, and with a view of the canal and you own private dock. Adjacent to the living room you will find a formal dining room that seats 8 people and that is conveniently located across from the kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen features granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinets, and a kitchen window that when opened becomes a serving station/bar counter to the pool. By the way, the pool itself offers complete privacy from all neighbors and, since it faces south, it’s the ideal place for sun tanning, swimming, or simply soaking yourself in the pool.
On the opposite side of the house is the dock area, and this is the place where you want to enjoy yourself in the evening with a cocktail as you watch the beautiful sunset. Here you will find a large outdoor dining room table and a gas grill. And if you should be so unlucky to get a few raindrops, don’t worry. A large awning will keep you dry whether you’re barbequing or enjoying your morning coffee with your breakfast.
Come nighttime, you’ll enjoy the fact that all 5 bedrooms have their own TV with comfortable mattresses and luxury linens, all professionally laundered and pressed, similar to what you would expect at a 5-star hotel. By the way, this spacious house has 3 Queen-size and 2 King-size beds.
So apart from being on the water, close to the beach, let’s not forget the City of Fort Lauderdale with its popular ocean-side promenade filled with restaurants, bars, and clubs that are packed every night of the week and alive with energy. Not to mention, the very upscale Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Fort Lauderdale is THE South Florida vacation entertainment destination!
1) As the responsible party and primary occupant of this rental, you must be 25 years or older.

a) The responsible party will sign a rental agreement, which includes filling out a list with names and age s of all occupants (this will be emailed to you).
b) The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to email us a photo of their driver license or passport.

Upon arriving to the property, we were excited to see that the home was just as pictured!!! It was spacious, very clean, and had every amenity that we needed. Our group consisted of 3 families so the influx of towels and bedding was especially helpful during our stay. We discovered that the downstairs A/C unit was not working and the property manager, Fred came right away. He was not able to find a contractor to come out the same day, which made for a miserable first night with the June heat. However, someone came out the next day and the problem was resolved. The location was great!!! The home sits in a beautiful neighborhood that is walking distance to the beach. Due to COVID-19, we spent a lot of time at the house but there was plenty of room and entertainment for everyone. The pool and patio area were a huge hit!!! I will definitely return during my next trip to Fort Lauderdale.

Location, pool, sleeping arrangements ideal for two families
If you ignore the maintenance needs and some annoying issues it was ideal for our family of seven.
PROS; There are two sleeping areas, first floor has 2-bedrooms while the private second floor has three.
The heated pool with it's spacious pool area with lounges and chairs is ideal, sunny all day including an open area under a roof, tables and chairs for dining and to be out of the sun if wanted but with an eye on children in the pool. Walking to the beach with children may not be realistic, but it's an easy 1.5 mile drive. If you like bicycling, there is a fleet of nearly new bikes for everyone and the neighborhood is gated, quiet and easy to bike around. You can walk for quick eats; pizza, a deli, Dunkin Donuts and grocery shopping and just a short drive to fine dining establishments in the immediate area. Keeping up with laundry is easy with a full size washer & dryer on the 1st floor. There are more dishes, glasses, stainless, linens and towels than you could ever need.
Cons; It's the little things. Kitchen refrigerator is missing more than half it's shelves. One of the burner control knobs on the stove doesn't shut properly. The first floor required a good vacuuming. Lighting throughout is inadequate with some fixtures having burnt out bulbs. One bedroom mattress was grossly sunken in. The first floor stall shower door top hinge is not attached properly so the door doesn't stay closed which allows water spray onto the floor. The carpeting in the only bedroom not to have hardwood flooring has nasty stains.
These are all the usual maintenance issues that a regular inspection should easily uncover. Considering the cost of our rental, these are annoyances that should be taken care of throughout the season and not left to the guests to report.
Needs some tweaking
Master bedroom needs a new sliding glass door. I would also like to suggest better window treatments for cooling and for better sleep. All dining room chairs need to be steam cleaned or reupholstered. Very dirty. Front door needs to be completely replaced - dirty and almost impossible to open. We had to keep it opened or cracked while home. Pool pavers could also use some maintenance - stubbing toes and lots of tripping.

This house was amazing! There were 10 girls staying with us for a long girls weekend and this house had everything we were looking for. It was very spacious and clean. The pool was great and the location was perfect! It is only a short walk to the beach and tiki bar. There is a grocery store, pizza shop, Dunkin’ Donuts, and liquor store in walking distance. I would stay at this house every time I visited Fort Lauderdale.
Overall we were very pleased with property, the house is amazing! We did however experience a problem with the refrigerator leaking water on the freezer side. Other than that, we had a great time!
