This cottage-style unit with its genuine rustic hardwood floors and beautiful tropical décor, makes you feel like you’re in a movie from back in the early 1900’s. With its many windows, it’s light and bright throughout, yet the bamboo furniture and the floors make it warm and cozy, as does the country-style kitchen with charming butcher-board countertops. The kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, and the bathroom was newly renovated. Both the living room and the bedroom have a TV, and, of course, there is high speed cable and WIFI for your enjoyment. If you’re looking for a longer stay, you’ll be pleased to know that the bedroom also has a walk-in closet. However, most importantly, this cottage is like a little home away from home with your own private entrance, a private backyard with a gas grill, and your own laundry room. QUIET SECLUDED COTTAGE
RENTAL WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION JUST MINUTES TO THE BEACH, LOCAL COFFEE SHOPS AND PBI. AREA IS NICE, CLEAN AND QUIET. WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMMEND.

Sweet Cottage for Two.
Windsor Cottage is a charming dwelling. The Cottage was well appointed with everything we needed Walking distance to beach, golf, town, highway. A perfect getaway place for my husband and me for a few days. Would definitely stay again.

Overall good, just not my favorite
It was a cute bungalow overall but not my best stay I''ve ever had. I thought the furniture would be better quality as shown in the pictures. We also has some issue with ants and saw one roach. I did notify the management company and they were willing to get it sprayed immediately which I appreciated. It did smell a little musty when we walked in so I bought a candle to help with that. Also we had some issues with the hot water. Whoever got in the shower second would have issues with the water keeping warm so we had to turn on the bathroom sink and then it stayed warm. The location was ideal and it felt safe.

Great Spot
This was a great spot! We stayed here for about a month. Everyone was very responsive, which was much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the overall house was in a great location. The place is close to the beach and other fun restaurants. Would highly recommend for an extended stay!

What a beautiful cottage. We had a great time, very quiet and relaxing. The neighborhood was great and nice to walk around. Good restaurants close by. The pictures reflect very well the place and they provide what was needed for a comfortable stay

Great stay
This home is in an wonderfully quiet neighborhood within minutes of anything Palm Beach. You will feel like a local resident from the minute you park. Wonderful area to walk, run, bike, or walk to rent a kayak. Great place for a fitness staycation. Everyone we passed while exercising said "good morning". Truly a community feeling.

Great Comfortable Place,
The place is as described. It is a great comfortable place, very enjoyable, and will definitely repeat if possible. It is very well furnished, very clean and everything worked perfectly. The neighborhood is very nice and many restaurants about 15 minutes walk. Responses from Coco House &Co are very fast and all requirements/doubts solved promptly. Definitely recommended.
