Perfect location and plenty of room (we had 7 Adults and 2 children). Walking distant to beach, shops and restaurants. The views on the intercoastal where great along with the sunset every nights, while hanging poolside.

Great location. Fun house. Good gathering place for 8 people. Outside is comfortable. We didn’t use top floor room. Kitchen needed better cleaning. Missing wine glasses. TV’s are poor quality and the system doesn’t work well.

This place is outstanding. Perfect spot for large groups. Private backyard with overlook to intercoastal. Close walk to beach. Great home layout. Also, the property manager was VERY responsive.

The house was in great condition and fit all 4 families easily! We loved watching the boats drive by from the pool patio. We enjoyed cooking/grilling many dinners. The location is perfect (bikes provided are nice but not the best condition). A few issues/questions came up and the managers were easily available to answer. We all hope to return again!

I guess you get what you pay for. We rented this for a large number of family members while attending a wedding in Boca. The house is well built and the rooms well spaced and quiet, The house was impeccably clean on arrival. Great location and walking distance to the beach, sores and restaurants.

Comfortable home that easily accommodated our family of eleven. Property is clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the pool and spa and the endless parade of luxury yachts on the intercoastal. All that plus a short walk to the beach, fishing pier and the restaurants in Deerfield Beach. We also enjoyed the Founder''s Day carnival held every weekend before President''s Day. Just a wonderful rental experience.

This house was in a great location. A picture window looks out at the intercoastal and it is beautiful and interesting to watch boats go. The beach is only a 2 block walk too.The house overall was well maintained but were a few things that needed to be fixed, stove knobs, faucets, no drains in some sinks in bathrooms, bugs crawling on the kitchen island and we could never get the tvs going. I believe this was an internet problem. Overall good but could have been great and fell short of that.

We had an incredible time at this property. Runar was extremely professional and very accommodating. The location is perfect for walking into town and to the beach. The only downside is there is no HD tv and the televisions are not great. Keep in mind we were there with a group of ten guys during the college football season. The pool and view more than made up for it.

As frequent vacationers, we have become accustomed to our accommodations not quite living up to their marketing claims and especially the photography. But in this case the Waterfront Luxury Estate actually exceeded even our wildest imaginations. It was a very special time in our lives and we needed an exceptional place to make us feel relaxed in grand comfort in gorgeous surroundings. This place provided all these amenities and more. Sure, we encountered some minor issues, but I made a small list of them to report to the management company to fix or work on to make the stay even better for the next lucky renter. We were so impressed we have already considered trying to secure this place to rent in the near future. I hope mine and my wife''s honest opinion herein helps you in your decision to stay here. It was wonderful, convenient, and so pleasant to stay here.

Our family from 3 states gathered for a week long vacation that we will be talking about for years. The house was clean, up to date and had enough room for everyone to not have to step all over each other. The location is PERFECT. The view of the boats up and down the intercoastal was breathtaking and the fact that this home is on the edge of the no wake zone made the boats slow and roll slowly past the house. The pool provided some shade thruout the day which is great for kids and there was still plenty of sun to layout as well. Double ovens helped with cooking for large groups and the fact you can walk to the beach let everyone have the opportunity to do their own thing without taking a car. IRenta company was great and we had no issues. Our biggest problem was the downstairs half bath toilet sometimes sticking. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again. Can walk to restaurants as well. An Amazing find for our first Florida rental.

My friends and I rented this beautiful home for a low-key bachelorette weekend, and we couldn''t have been more thrilled. The layout of the house was more than ideal, with a great open floor plan and stunning backyard area. All the rooms were spacious and clean and there were enough towels, kitchen supplies and space for all of us. Runar was so gracious and helpful through the whole process, and the house was conveniently located. We had an amazing stay here and would recommend it to any large group looking for a getaway!

Fabulous house which accommodated 12 of us very comfortably. Beautiful location, a stone throw from the beach and a number of restaurants. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed many hours sitting around and swimming in the pool. If I was to return, I would definitely rent this house again.

Our 3 generation family of 7 adults and 3 children had an unbelievable week in this beautiful waterfront home! Although the home itself was very large with room for everyone to spread out, we actually spent most of our time outside on the patio or in the pool, watching the nonstop parade of yachts float by!! When we arrived, the pool was at 90 degrees, a temp waaay too warm for us...with the agency''s permission, we tried to adjust the thermostat, and when we had problems, someone was there to help us that same afternoon. The dishwasher had broken during the stay before ours and couldn''t be replaced until Monday, a bit of a hassle for us with 3 days of dishes for our large group having to all be washed by hand, but, as promised,on Monday the new dishwasher arrived and was installed. The ocean was a 5 minute walk from the house and there was a park and playground at the end of our block. This vacation was paradise for us! We could not get the video equipment working in the third floor media room and therefore never even used the 3rd floor, but in fairness to the agency, neither did we ever call to report the problem. There were so many things for us to do that we didn''t miss it at all and I am sure, had we reported it, they would have taken care of it promptly. We had 2 babies with us--they made sure we had 2 pack''n play beds...the garage was filled with beach chairs, coolers, beach toys and seven cruiser bicycles...one for each adult!! I am hoping to rent this house for several weeks next winter!!

VI var ni personer på ferie, og kan virkelig anbefale dette huset. Det er plass til ytterligere 2 i sofe sofa i toppetasjen. Alle fasiliteter, og kort vei til strand, butikker og restauranter. Om dere er flere som skal leie dette huset, så husk å vær rask med å velge hoved soverom i 2 etasje !!!

Really enjoyable experience. Clean, spacious, and resourceful. Location very optimal. Hot tub was a bit tricky to work with but only a minor inconvenience that property manager helped us resolve.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The property manager (Runar) was incredibly responsive and helpful which made the entire process even easier.



We had 10 friends fly in from all over the country (basically had a friend reunion) and this was literally the perfect place for us. There''s a bunch of space and the pool is gorgeous. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The place is just a short walk from the beach, but we spent most of our time by the pool.



Gorgeous, gorgeous property. You will not be disappointed in staying here!



I would definitely come back here again.

Besides the home being absolutely beautiful it was very welcoming. There was a note wishing us an enjoyable stay along with a bottle of white wine and red wine, as well as some cold drinks in the fridge. The home was spotless, the location directly on the intracoastal couldn''t have been more perfect just a few blocks from the beach and town. My husband and I, as well as my children and grandchildren thank you for making this 80th celebration so flawless.

The house is a short walk to the beach. It was clean with everything you might need. Great place for a large group. The pool and bicycles are a definite plus. The house is beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

This home was greater than I expected, it was a lovely vacation home. The home was spotless and well-maintained. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The kitchen was big enough for several people to help with the cooking. Supplied with everything you need to prepare and cook any meal. There were plenty of linens and towels ready for our use.

The owner had bikes there for us to ride to the beach, which was only 3 blocks away. There were restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The realtor was easy to get a hold of and always returned my call or emails within a reasonable time. I would recommend this lovely vacation home to anyone. You will enjoy the serenity, the privacy, short bike rides to the beach and shops, and all the amenities this beautiful home has to offer.

We are definitely planning another family vacation there again in the near future.

I fell in love with the house when I saw it online...and it did NOT disappoint! Celebrated my 50th bday with 9 other ladiea, and they loved it also. We had more than enough room. The master bedroom covered one whole side of the house! It was decorated nicely. Clean and well stocked. The pool and jacuzzi were divine. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and just watching all the speedboats, yatchs, and jet skis go by. The neighborhood was quiet, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. A group of us biked there on the bikes provided with the rental. My friends are still raving about the experience a week later! If not this property, we hope to rent from the same owner/mgr co again.

Stayed 10 days in South Florida with my large extended family. Loved the home, loved being on the intercostal and watching the beautiful ships go by. A 5 minute walk to Deerfield beach was easy and the beach was great! Walking distance to great restaurants , our favorite was Whales Rib, made the house so appealing! we could even walk to Public! The bikes were fun too, that was a pleasant surprise. Great time had by all

The interior of the home provided the comfort and convenience for 8 adults to relax with their own space while the exterior pooldeck and balconies offered a serene setting for dining, swimming and enjoyment.



The location of the home provides an easy stroll to enjoy Dearfield Beach and all their restaurants and shopping...and if you don''t want to walk, take the bikes, there are enough for a whole family.

Our first experience with renting from Superior Florida Rentals. Our group consisted of 9 ladies looking for a break in the sun. We absolutely need to give a stellar review to Niklas, as he made our vacation completely perfect. When we arrived there was an issue that could have completely impacted the quality of our week away, however Niklas immediately addressed the concern. The home was impeccable, the intercoastal is always busy with impressive yachts, Deerfield beach is literally less than a 5 min walk. I would recommend Superior without hesitation and will return to this property.

Beautiful spacious house - beautiful location.
Our party had 6 couples and it never seemed as if we were on top of each other. Bikes and beach chairs were an added plus. Niklas and the property manager could not have been nicer. You won''t be disappointed if you rent this property.

Our 3 week family holiday was a huge success, and one of the main reasons for this was the property we rented. Everything about the property was as described or even better. Superior Florida Rentals has done an excellent job both before and during our stay. Cudos to Niklas Rantanen! If we travel back to Florida for holiday, we would rent this house again.

When our son got engaged and set the wedding date we began our search for an out of town home where we could meet and have family gatherings and celebration all that week. We found this spectacular home and fell in love. From the moment of inquiry the staff at Superior FL Rentals (SFR) were awesome and timely with communications. Also, a few days prior to check in we received a call from SFR regarding our travel arrangements and planned check in time. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The home was perfectly decorated, clean, and welcoming. From the inside to the outside it was spectacular. We never felt as if we were in a rental. The beach and many restaurants were only a couple blocks away. There were actually 10 bicycles when we were there and we made use of all. We rent several homes per year and this was by far the BEST ever. Thanks to all at SFR for all they do.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home for a week in March 2015. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. It looks even better in person than the pictures. the large kitchen was amazing and the bedrooms beautifully appointed. the master bath and shower is amazing! Pool area stunning and loved having the hot tub attached to pool. The nicest touch was the bottles of wine(red and white), case of beer, cold pop and water waiting in fridge when we arrived. Excellent Wifi and t.v. including Netflix. Very close to the beach too. the house was immaculate. Highly recommend this gorgeous rental!!

We had a great experience with Superior and Niklas. The home is beautiful and was exactly as described. It is in a great location with quick access to the beach and included a lot of extra amenities like bikes, beach gear and fishing equipment. My communication with Superior was excellent from beginning to end. We will definitely be coming back to this home again next year and I would definitely recommend this home and Superior to anyone looking for a great place to stay in a perfect location.

The home was beautiful and well cared for. My family of 7 stayed there comfortably. Our family enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool, bike riding and shooting baskets at the local dog park. We enjoyed walking to the beach and local eateries. We did have one small issue with the pool and the property manager had that addressed immediately. I would highly recommend this property for the family that wants to have it all.
