From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised at the ease of checking in. The location and amenities couldn’t be better - loved the dedicated gated parking and nearly empty pool area. Clean condo with plenty of room to move around. Location is super close to beach and great restaurants.

The only issue was a broken front door lock, that was fixed by the property manager within 1 hour.

Great location and rental. For the price however, not entirely clean and could do with some upkeep / updates. Blackout curtains in master bedroom broken. No blackout curtains in other bedrooms which was somewhat annoying with floor to ceiling windows and being the middle of summer. Kitchen cupboard handles etc grimy / greasy / sticky and seemingly not cleaned in a long time.

We stayed here for a week and found it to have everything we needed. The location was great to walk to the beach and to so many restaurants and shops. There were beach chairs and plenty of beach towels and toys.
The condo was clean when we arrived. There is an info book in the condo with information needed. We had a starter supply of basic paper goods.
Unfortunate for us, the weather was not very nice during our week, but having a large covered balcony allowed us to still sit outside, covered from the rain.
Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Spacious indoors and outdoors. Our rental home was clean and well appointed. We walked to the beach every day of our stay, carrying the beach chairs and toys provided.
