This beautiful, very large 1,610 square feet second floor condominium is perfect for up to 6 family or friends to enjoy during any South Florida vacation stay.
The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms are surprisingly roomy, and this delightful condo has attractive upgrades that put a premium on comfort and style. Striking luxury floors are done in hand-picked marble tile from Turkey, and the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout mean you're always within sight of an epic view. The two outside terraces are over sized and dramatically spacious, with the corner building location providing a west facing view that is perfect for taking in an unobstructed look at the inspiring and romantic sunsets. The outside terrace by the pool has both an outside living room section for lounging and an outside dining room section.
The master bedroom is stylishly decorated, with a spacious king-size bed, a designer bathroom, and a flat screen TV. On the opposite side of the condominium is the second bedroom, which features a queen-size bed and a full bath. The living room offers a separate TV section with comfy seating completely separated from the dining area and the third bedroom with its own patio. The photos really show it all! Internet is included.

The building dates from 2009, brand new and designed to impress. The modern design demonstrates the quintessential “Miami look” and features several glamour touches, including an ultramodern infinity pool and sheltered patio area, gorgeous landscaping, and of course the unbeatable location.

Great Condo - Great location
From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised at the ease of checking in. The location and amenities couldn’t be better - loved the dedicated gated parking and nearly empty pool area. Clean condo with plenty of room to move around. Location is super close to beach and great restaurants.

Deerfield
Great location and rental. For the price however, not entirely clean and could do with some upkeep / updates. Blackout curtains in master bedroom broken. No blackout curtains in other bedrooms which was somewhat annoying with floor to ceiling windows and being the middle of summer. Kitchen cupboard handles etc grimy / greasy / sticky and seemingly not cleaned in a long time.

Good Stay but very important: AC is having issues.
The place is nice but there are things to improve. I stayed for almost 4 weeks and I had an issue with the AC for two times. All of the sudden the AC was not turning on so everything started to get really hot. Bad luck for me, it was mother’s day and so my mother and everyone else were disappointed. The AC got fix 5 hours later after I call Fred the manager. This same issue earlier before and was fixed but not completely repair so it happen again. Other than that everything was at advertised. At the end of the day, I have some mixed feeling about my rental on this property. I would feel better if at least they would reimburse the money for the 2 days that the apartment wasn’t as it supposed to be (AC working and not sweating).

Great condo, great location
We stayed here for a week and found it to have everything we needed. The location was great to walk to the beach and to so many restaurants and shops. There were beach chairs and plenty of beach towels and toys.
The condo was clean when we arrived. There is an info book in the condo with information needed. We had a starter supply of basic paper goods.
Unfortunate for us, the weather was not very nice during our week, but having a large covered balcony allowed us to still sit outside, covered from the rain.
Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Luxurious
Spacious indoors and outdoors. Our rental home was clean and well appointed. We walked to the beach every day of our stay, carrying the beach chairs and toys provided.
